The intention
Speech is an act of responsibility. It can enlighten, unite, reassure or hurt. This programme approaches public speaking not as a technique to impress, but as a way of serving your audience with clarity, sincerity and respect.
Who it is for
Executives, managers, community leaders, educators, entrepreneurs and anyone who needs to speak in public or in meetings.
Objectives
- Clarify your message and build it around a clear intention.
- Manage stage fright and stay present in front of an audience.
- Use voice, silence, eye contact and posture with intent.
- Adapt how you speak to the setting: meetings, presentations, speeches, difficult conversations.
- Choose words that respect the dignity of those who listen.
Skills developed
- Communication, listening and presence (main family).
- Self-awareness and personal mastery: managing emotions, confidence, self-control.
Suggested format
A multi-session programme combining short inputs, speaking exercises, constructive feedback and observed or recorded practice. Individual coaching can complement the programme.
