1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Humanership.org website and the digital features offered on it by JTM Signature, including content, programmes, coaching activities, workshops, training and digital tools related to leadership and human development.
2. Purpose of the website
Humanership is the branch of JTM Signature dedicated to coaching, leadership, workshops, training and human development. The website presents the related approaches, content, programmes, offers and digital tools, including the African Transferability Index, the Dynamism Index and the Augmentership Assessment. Contact forms, information requests, expressions of interest and registration requests are requests only; they do not automatically guarantee a place or the conclusion of a contract. The final terms of a service are specified when it is confirmed or in a separate agreement, as applicable.
3. User account
Some features may require an account. Where this is the case, users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and protect their login credentials. Any abusive or unauthorised use may lead to restriction or suspension of access, in accordance with applicable law. No account is required for registration requests or expressions of interest.
4. Offers, registrations and services
The information on the website describes the offers and activities proposed by Humanership. Dates, formats, participation conditions and prices are binding only once they have actually been communicated and confirmed under the terms applicable to the service. An expression of interest is not a final registration. A registration request for a session is handled according to available places, any waiting list and the terms communicated for that session. Specific conditions for a training programme, coaching engagement or workshop may be set out in a separate agreement or document.
5. Intellectual property
The content of the website, including texts, images, logos, videos, methods, assessments, tools and design elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. It belongs to JTM Signature or to its respective rights holders. Any unauthorised reproduction or exploitation is prohibited, except within the limits permitted by law.
6. Availability of the service
JTM Signature strives to keep the website accessible but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for technical, maintenance, security or update reasons.
7. Liability
The applicable statutory provisions on liability remain in force. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Humanership Privacy Policy, available from the website footer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law, subject to applicable mandatory rules. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable statutory provisions.
