Humanership Institute
Humanership is learned by living it.
Govern oneself. Help others grow. Pass it on.
A place for human development, leadership and practice. Training, coaching and workshops for anyone who carries an activity, a relationship or a community.
Leadership begins before the title, the moment a human responsibility is lived.
The Institute is a place of transmission for anyone who carries an activity, a relationship or a community. It is not about earning a leader’s title. It is about learning to govern yourself, help others grow, and pass on what makes people capable.
Helping everyone become capable, make others capable, and make that capability last.
01 - One foundation for every reality
The scale changes. The standard does not.
Someone running a local business, an association leader and a director do not live the same reality. None receives a “lower” or “higher” version of Humanership: all enter through the same foundation, then apply it to their own ground.
01
Life and livelihood
Keeping your word, running a small activity fairly, learning and helping others learn, treating every client or partner with respect.
« How can my activity help the people it touches to grow? »
02
Community and association
Clarifying roles, listening to tensions, sharing responsibility, preparing succession, strengthening solidarity.
« What would allow our community to stop depending on just a few people? »
03
Team and organisation
Building a framework of trust, developing autonomy, deciding with dignity, establishing a culture that can be passed on.
« What conditions must we create so people move forward without constant control? »
02 - The framework of transmission
Three movements, one discipline.
Here we start from real experience: decisions we hesitate to make, people who need space, communities that must regain trust, knowledge that must continue without us. The same question can be understood in a street, an association or a boardroom.
01
Govern yourself
Take your share of responsibility before asking others to take theirs.
Keeping your word, looking at your situation clearly, not letting an emotion, a fear or an ego decide for you. And knowing when to ask for help because an outside view is needed.
- What truly depends on me?
- Which word or commitment must I keep?
- How do I stay fair when the situation becomes difficult?
02
Help others grow
Create the conditions in which another person or a community becomes more autonomous.
Looking at others with dignity, recognising their potential, giving space, entrusting responsibility step by step and telling the truth without destroying. The Humaner opens a door; they do not walk in the other’s place.
- Who needs trust, structure or an opportunity?
- How do I protect dignity without removing responsibility?
- What would help this community act more on its own?
03
Pass it on
Make what makes people capable last.
Sharing the reference points, gestures and responsibilities so that capability does not depend on one single person. Preparing succession and turning a one-off effort into a living culture.
- Can what I do today continue without me?
- Which gesture, knowledge or role must I make shareable?
- Who can in turn pass it on to others?
Two areas
Understand what you develop. Choose how to practise it.
03 - What the Institute is
A house of transmission, not a catalogue.
It is
It is not
A house where Humanership is passed on.
A management school reserved for executives.
One foundation applied to many realities of life.
A stack of programmes by target group or social level.
A place to practise, reflect and pass on.
A catalogue of generic leadership trainings.
A space of human standards and responsibility.
Motivational talk with no grounding in action.
The three movements are the way in. The five foundations - Dignity, Responsibility, Growth, Service, Transmission - remain the compass running through every encounter.
04 - Entering the Institute
Three ways in. One foundation.
You can enter through an encounter, a practice circle or a long-term journey. The format adapts to your reality. The foundation stays the same.

The Pathways - in detail
Four accompaniment pathways.
Each pathway applies the three movements to a specific responsibility. Choose the one that matches what you carry today.
For anyone who carries other people
Stance and responsibility of those who guide
Grounding authority in dignity, example and service - whether you lead a company, an association, a small business or a committee.
What should remain
Authority that is recognised rather than endured, and more capable people around you.
What we work on
Authority that helps people grow
Moving from control to demanding trust, without losing clarity.
Honest speech
Telling the truth without destroying, listening without disappearing.
Deciding with dignity
Owning difficult choices while protecting the people involved.
Adapt the format and the language - never the dignity of the content.
05 - How we work
The four pillars of living pedagogy.
Every accompaniment is designed, prepared, lived with rigour and followed over time.
01
In-depth framing
Listening first, a sincere understanding of your reality and a co-built frame - never a ready-made recipe.
02
Immersive workshops
Real situations, honest dialogue and immediate practice, with respect for everyone.
03
Living pedagogy
Centred on the person, on responsibility and autonomy. Mistakes become places of learning.
04
Follow-up and transmission
Concrete reference points, reviews and a roadmap, so capability continues without us.
To shed light on a situation, the Institute can draw on the Humaner’s instruments. See the instruments →
The method
The 5-Movement Alignment Method
Every intervention follows the same thread, from listening to the real human being to lasting transmission.

Let’s start from your human reality.
Do you carry an activity, a team, an association or an important transition? Let’s build the right space of transmission together.
Transmission succeeds when others can carry on without us.
