Humanership is a philosophy.
The Humaner is the one who chooses to make it a way of being, creating and acting with others.
Joseph is an IT leader, Talent Manager, coach, trainer, event and experience orchestrator, and social impact practitioner with almost 20 years of experience working at the intersection of technology, people and transformation.
A journey between several worlds
His professional journey has taken him from software quality and agile transformation to leadership, talent development, community building and organizational change. Over the years, he has led and developed more than 75 people and worked with teams and communities in complex, multicultural environments across Europe and Africa.
Creating spaces where people can grow
Beyond corporate leadership, his work also includes the creation and orchestration of events, experiences and communities. For him, these are not simply activities or moments to organize. They can create spaces where people meet, connect, contribute, learn, discover new possibilities and grow.

This perspective has also led to the development of tools and models such as the African Transferability Index (ITA), which explores the capacity to create meaningful and sustainable impact across African contexts, and the Dynamism Index, developed to understand and strengthen the vitality, engagement and capacity of communities and human systems.

This reflection became the foundation of Humanership.
Humanership is not presented as a leadership technique or a management framework.
It is a philosophy built around human potential, trust, responsibility, dignity, relationships, development and lasting impact.

As technology and Artificial Intelligence increasingly change the way we work, this reflection also led to Augmentership, an approach to using technology to increase human capability without transferring human agency and responsibility to machines.
